Job Title: Multi-Family HVAC Supervisor
Location: Strongsville, OH
Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 per year (Target OTE $110,000 with commission plan)
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are hiring a full time Multi-Family HVAC Supervisor. You will travel to active construction sites throughout the Cleveland and Strongsville areas to manage field crews, coordinate with general contractors, and oversee the complete lifecycle of multi-family HVAC installations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute physical oversight of multi-family HVAC installations per engineered blueprints.
- Manage scheduling, material ordering, and crew assignments for multiple job sites.
- Enforce strict workplace safety protocols and OSHA compliance on active construction sites.
- Conduct quality assurance walks to verify system integrity and coordinate final inspections.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Extensive experience in HVAC new construction and multi-family installations.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and manage complex project timelines.
- Excellent leadership skills to interface with builders, general contractors, and crew members.
- Previous background in project management or field superintendence is highly preferred.
