What You'll Do as an HVAC Service Technician
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that emphasizes upfront communication, educating customers on options, and serving others.
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues
- Perform maintenance and system optimization
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Support and mentor other technicians
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role
