The company specializes in boiler repair, cleaning, inspection, water treatment, welding, fabrication, and a full range of related services for all types of commercial boilers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Assistant Boiler Operations Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day field and office activities.
Schedule and coordinate service calls, repairs, and maintenance projects for commercial and industrial clients.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower requirements to ensure efficiency.
Support job costing, work order tracking, and invoicing processes.
Maintain communication with clients regarding job status, timelines, and follow-up service needs.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry codes.
Assist with procurement of materials, parts, and equipment.
Resolve on-site and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Facility and fleet management.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in service operations, mechanical contracting, or industrial maintenance; boiler industry experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with work order management software and scheduling tools (MS Office Suite).
Knowledge of mechanical systems, boilers, and related equipment preferred.
Experience in commercial/industrial boiler service operations.
Knowledge of ASME and NBIC codes.
