Regal Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join a manufacturing facility in the Plano area. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment to support safe and efficient production.
Shift: 1st (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Plano, TX 75075
Pay: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagrams, blueprints, and testing devices.
- Ensure all work meets national and local electrical codes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve reliability.
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical certification preferred).
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (as required by Texas regulations).
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
