Summary:
inCon-trol Water Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician with a solid background in the industry to join our team. This role is a key part of our electrical division, and the successful candidate will take a leadership position in the field. They will be responsible for overseeing and directing an electrical crew in the construction of commercial Water Features, Irrigation Pump Stations, and Rainwater Harvesting Systems.
What You’ll Work On
- Water Features and specialty water installations
- Rainwater Harvesting systems
- Irrigation Pump Stations
- Potable and Nonpotable Water Distribution projects
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems supporting pumps, motors, controls, and automation
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Ensuring all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes
- Collaborating with project managers, technicians, and field teams
- Performing preventive maintenance and responding to service needs
What You Bring
- Active Journeyman Electrician License in Texas
- Experience with control panels, VFDs, PLCs, and motor controls is highly valued
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
