Pay: Competitive Base Salary (negotiable based on experience) + Commission
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Denton and Collin County. This position is ideal for technicians who are strong troubleshooters, enjoy customer interaction, and want to increase their income through commission on repairs and equipment sales.
Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues

Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers

Complete work orders and service documentation

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
-
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
-
5+ years HVAC service experience
-
Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-
NATE Certification
-
EPA Universal
-
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Clean background check
-
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently in the field

Excellent customer service skills
