Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Develop and execute the division’s long-term sales strategy, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings to drive expansion.
Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, profitability, and operational planning.
Sales Management
Lead and mentor sales managers, consultants, and field teams to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Oversee in-home sales processes, presentations, pricing strategies, and customer experience standards.
Implement sales training programs focused on closing techniques, product knowledge, and performance optimization.
Analyze sales KPIs—including close rates, revenue per lead, technician productivity, and retention—to make data-driven decisions.
Operational Oversight
Partner with operations leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality insulation installations.
Maintain alignment between sales promises and installation execution to maximize customer satisfaction.
Conduct field audits, job inspections, and quality checks as needed.
Team Development
Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent.
Conduct ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and leadership development for managers and techs.
Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and high performance.
Industry Expertise
Stay current on insulation materials, building codes, energy-efficiency programs, rebates, and industry innovations.
Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and proper documentation across the entire division.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of proven success in residential insulation sales or related home services.
3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role (Director, Regional Manager, VP, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, build processes, and consistently drive revenue growth.
Advanced knowledge of insulation products (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) and installation standards.
Experience with CRM platforms (Workiz preferred) and sales analytics.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support sales teams.
Preferred
Executive experience in home services, HVAC, or construction industries.
CSIA certification or related technical background.
