Key Responsibilities:
- Review accounts daily or weekly to reduce delinquency
- Make courteous and effective collection calls
- Agree suitable payment arrangements with customers
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Document all activity clearly in the system
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Support asset seizure processes where required
- Complete related administration and reporting

- Fluency in French and English
- 2+ years’ experience in payment services or collections
- Call centre or customer service background
- Clear communication and confident negotiation skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Comfort using Microsoft Office
- A calm, professional approach when handling sensitive situation
