A growing residential and commercial HVAC company in the Dayton market is seeking a strong operational leader to take ownership of an established and growing division.
This is not a “babysit the board” management role. This is an opportunity for someone who wants real influence, real accountability, and the ability to help shape the future of a business.
The company already has a solid foundation in place with an existing team, steady workflow, and leadership support. They are looking for the right person to elevate operations, build structure, develop technicians, and help grow the division strategically and profitably.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leading day-to-day HVAC service, maintenance, and install operations
• Coaching and developing technicians while building a strong team culture
• Improving operational efficiency, accountability, and customer experience
• Supporting technicians with technical guidance and job quoting when needed
• Driving divisional profitability, labor efficiency, and overall performance
• Helping scale and grow the division responsibly and strategically
• Supporting both residential and light commercial operations
What They’re Looking For
• 7+ years of HVAC experience with strong service and install knowledge
• Leadership or management experience leading technicians or field teams
• Strong technical credibility and diagnostic ability
• Understanding of operational performance, margins, and workflow management
• Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar platforms preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• State license preferred but not required
