Business Development Representative – Commercial/Industrial HVAC

Base Salary + Commission/Bonus (Uncapped Earning Potential)
We are a well-established Union (Local 597) HVAC contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction and service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Business Development Representative / Account Manager to help expand our client base and generate new work.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on building partnerships, managing accounts, and identifying new commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients, GCs, and property managers

Generate new business opportunities for HVAC service, maintenance agreements, and construction projects

Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for existing accounts

Support light PR, networking, and business development efforts in the local market

Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to turn opportunities into awarded projects

Spend the majority of time in the field meeting clients and building relationships
What We’re Looking For

Experience in HVAC sales, mechanical sales, business development, or account management
-
OR a strong HVAC/mechanical background with interest in transitioning into a sales role

Proven ability to build relationships and generate work

Self-motivated with a “hunter” and “relationship builder” mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in a client-facing, field-based sales environment
