Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive hands-on experience in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a technician you will be performing installations, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring high-quality work on every job.
Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems, and control systems.

Diagnose and repair complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure your work meets quality and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise.
Key Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years HVAC with 3-4 years actual hands-on commercial HVAC experience, including extensive work with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related systems.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.

EPA Universal Certification required.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently most of the time.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
