Sales Executive - Skilled Trades Recruiting
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Travel Required)
Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business within the skilled trades market
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
- Travel as needed to develop and support client relationships
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client success

- Proven sales experience within the trades or related industries
- Strong tenure and track record of performance
- Self-starter with high motivation and accountability
