Plumbing Service Manager (Hands-On)
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000/year

We are seeking a hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to help build and grow a startup plumbing operation in the Huntington Beach area. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both leadership and field environments - managing operations while staying actively involved in service work as needed.
This role is ideal for someone with an established local network, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to help scale a business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day service operations while remaining hands-on in the field as needed
- Leverage your local network to drive business growth and generate new opportunities
- Support and develop technicians while ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Utilize ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, dispatching, and job tracking
- Drive revenue through strong customer relationships and sales-focused service
- Help establish processes, systems, and best practices for a growing startup
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in plumbing service and operations (5+ years)
- Existing local network in the Huntington Beach / Orange County market
- Proven ability to generate business and drive sales
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Willingness to be hands-on in the field when needed
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help build and grow a business
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
