Most HVAC shops sell you a van and a headache. We’re building a Gold Collar championship team in Fort Worth – not a circus.
We’re looking for Tech 2 HVAC Service Technicians (6–24 months experience) who want structure, coaching, and a path to Tech 3+.

What You’ll Do (Tech 2)
- Run basic residential service calls with some supervision
- Perform tune‑ups, basic diagnostics, and repairs
- Educate customers and offer simple options (maintenance, basic repairs)
- Assist with change‑outs and installs as needed
- Keep clear notes and communicate with dispatch and customers
- Follow safety and quality standards
What You Need
- 6–24 months recent HVAC field experience
- Comfortable with basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- TDLR License – required (or in process with proof)
- EPA Certification – required
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to pass a drug test
Pay & Incentives – Tech 2
- $22–$26/hr (depending on experience and skill)
- Quarterly $1/hr performance bumps in your first 12 months (based on performance)
- Commission:
- 2% on $100–$3,000
- 1% on $3,000–$100,000
Plus install bonuses, hiring bonus opportunities, and performance bonuses (see “Schedule & Benefits” section above).
Schedule & Benefits
- Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (paid OT in peak season)
- Evaluating 4 x 10s (3 days off each week) for the right techs
- W‑2, company insurance after 60 days
- Company truck, fuel card, iPad, uniforms, major tools
- Paid drive time, realistic call counts
- PTO, sick time, 9 paid weekday holidays (double time if on‑call)
- 80–160 hrs vacation based on tenure + option to sell back 40 hrs per year
