About the Role: We are a premier, highly established residential HVAC provider operating in the Newton area. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Service Technician who can confidently troubleshoot complex, intricate, and non standard systems. We operate a professional, non union environment where top tier talent is valued and compensated accordingly. We are looking for a true senior tech who can run complex residential service calls completely autonomously after a brief 30 day familiarization period.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
Navigate intricate, non standard boilerplate systems and advanced controls with complete confidence.
Run autonomous service calls and execute high level diagnostics without the need for on site supervision.
Perform standard maintenance and advanced repairs while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.

Qualifications:

5 or more years of dedicated residential HVAC service experience.
Active Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (RT number) is strongly preferred.
Elite ability to troubleshoot highly complex HVAC controls and non standard systems.
Strong track record of independent field execution and reliable customer communication.
