Position Summary: We are a premier luxury marine and yacht service group looking to hire a full-time, back-end Marine Cost Estimator for our Stuart, Florida shipyard. This critical position facilitates cost analyses and tracks labor timelines for custom yacht refits and service repairs. You will work side-by-side with internal project managers to establish precise project timelines without any direct customer-facing obligations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Formulate accurate time, material, and labor estimates for comprehensive luxury vessel repairs.
- Review structural marine work scopes alongside yard leadership and service supervisors.
- Update active work files and track labor scheduling targets utilizing digital project management software.
- Provide clean, accurate data reporting to the administrative team for billing and accounting closure.
- Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and task management goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in cost estimation within a dedicated marine or yacht service environment.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and composite repair parameters for high-end vessels.
- Strong computer literacy with direct experience utilizing cloud-based coordination software.
- Highly disciplined organizational skills with strong attention to details.
