Job Description: A premium luxury motor yacht facility in Stuart, FL is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Marine Service Advisor. Serving as the primary face of the customer-facing service department, this individual coordinates client check-ins, builds complex job orders, and directly manages the comprehensive daily technician schedule for an elite luxury fleet.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marine Service Writer, Yacht Operations Advisor, or Service Coordinator within a high-end luxury setting.
- Outstanding communication skills with a polished ability to converse confidently with upscale, high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage dynamic schedule changes when project parameters expand.
- High proficiency with modern project routing software. Experience utilizing Asana is strongly preferred.
