Responsibilities
Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
Install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, and ventilation components.
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Test systems for proper operation and explain system basics to homeowners.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Experience installing residential HVAC systems preferred.
EPA Certification is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
