Wildlife Exclusion Technician

We are hiring a Wildlife Exclusion Technician to perform hands-on wildlife prevention, repair, and exclusion work throughout Northeast Florida.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship. You will inspect homes, identify wildlife entry points, complete repairs, and permanently seal buildings to prevent wildlife issues.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect homes and buildings for wildlife entry points
- Perform exclusion work, including sealing gaps, vents, rooflines, and exterior areas
- Complete carpentry and general repair work
- Install professional wildlife prevention materials
- Set and remove traps when needed
- Document completed work and communicate findings with homeowners
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders and roofs, and outdoors
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional communication skills
