A premier luxury multifamily community in Charleston is seeking two Property Maintenance Technicians to join its maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality through responsive service, preventative maintenance, and quality workmanship.

What You'll Do
- Perform general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for incoming residents
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and proactively address potential issues
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation
- Ensure completed work complies with safety standards and applicable building codes
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of general building systems, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO certification preferred, but not required
