We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and take care of customers the right way.

This is a hands-on opportunity with a growing Austin-area HVAC team that values skilled technicians, dependable work, and strong customer service.

Your Day-to-Day

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
Identify repair needs and communicate options to homeowners
Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Document repairs, parts, and recommended follow-up work
Follow EPA regulations and company safety procedures
Coordinate with dispatch and other team members throughout the day

What You’ll Need

EPA Certification required
Hands-on residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Customer-focused approach to service
Dependability and strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
