We’re hiring a hands-on Field Operations Manager to oversee technicians, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, customer service, and daily field operations.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run the machine — keep technicians productive, schedules on track, materials stocked, customers taken care of, and team goals moving forward.
Pest control or wildlife experience is preferred, but we’re also open to experienced leaders from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, landscaping, construction, or other field service industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support field technicians
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch
- Track productivity, job completion, callbacks, and team goals
- Hold technicians accountable for performance and quality
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and vehicle needs
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Maintain safety and service standards
- Keep ownership informed on staffing, performance, and field operations
Qualifications
- Field operations, service management, dispatch, or technician leadership experience
- Experience managing employees in the field
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable holding people accountable and driving results
- Experience with scheduling or field service software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
