Residential HVAC Installer – Central Ohio
Growing residential HVAC company seeking an experienced installer to complete residential replacements, retrofits, and system installations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification; Type II or Universal preferred
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Experience with furnaces, AC, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and customer service
- Trade school or apprenticeship training preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance commissions with estimated total earnings of $34–$40/hour
