Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Five days per week across Monday to Sunday, including participation in the on call rota and night spot checks where required

Transforming Support is looking for a Deputy Service Manager to help lead its large supported living service in Chipstead. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs.
This is a practical, people focused leadership role. You will guide the team, oversee daily operations and help ensure every person receives support that reflects their individual strengths, choices and aspirations.
This is a full time, permanent position, and we welcome applications from both men and women.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Registered Manager with daily service operations and the operational management of the staff team.
- Guiding, supporting and motivating colleagues to deliver consistently high standards.
- Providing visible, approachable leadership and clear direction within a busy supported living service.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to coordinate effective support.
- Promoting person centred, recovery focused approaches to wellbeing.
- Supporting assessments, new placements and safe transitions into the service.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and governance through audits and Service Improvement Plans.
- Helping shape decisions about staffing, service development and improvements.
- Working with the Registered Manager to monitor budgets and use resources effectively.
- Participating in the on call rota and carrying out night spot checks where required.
About you
You will have experience managing or supervising a team and supporting adults with autism or learning disabilities.

You must already have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
