We are recruiting a Call Center Manager to join our client's team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints and overcome objections
Manage high call volume for multiple company locations
Provide information about all products and services offered by the company
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions - Experience with Service Titan a Plus!
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask - remain calm under pressure
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Supervision / management experience critical as the team grows!
