What You'll Do:

Lead the charge on residential electrical projects—rewiring homes, panel installs, trenching, and advanced troubleshooting.
Mentor and manage a team of technicians, offering hands-on training and support in the field.
Uphold and enforce company safety standards and ensure every project meets code and exceeds expectations.

What You Bring to the Table:

A valid Master Electrician license (required).
A strong desire to lead, teach, and grow a high-performing team.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols.
Sharp troubleshooting skills and a solutions-first mindset.
