Overview:
As a successful candidate you have 10 or more years of Electrical work experience with a Commercial Electrical Contractor, the ability to manage all aspects of the project—from planning electrical work to scheduling sub work —and you have the ability to supervise multiple field electricians.
In this role, you'll be:
· Interpreting plans and specifications for electrical portion of project plans
· Generating and resolving RFIs/change orders for electrical work needed.
· Producing and assisting with purchases with detailed bill of electrical materials for submittals and project buyout
· Managing site electrical projects
· Creating project schedules and update throughout the electrical construction process
· Performing job walks with contractors and owners as assigned
· Delegating responsibilities and ensuring projects are completed on time
· And tackling other duties as needed
As a successful candidate, you have:
· A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
· A State of Texas Electrical Journeyman or Master License
· The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· A minimum of 3 years of field Foreman experience in the day to day construction of large industrial, commercial, and/or healthcare projects
· Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, codes and regulations
· Good communication skills and strong electrical, organizational and analytical skills
· General computer know-how and exposure to home/office software (E.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.) Working knowledge of Bluebeam, and Procore.
· The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize issues.

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
