Job Overview
Aegis Electric is a rapidly expanding brand in Texas. We're seeking an electrical technician preferably with residential and commercial experience to help us launch and provide outstanding service to Mansfield and the surrounding area. This is a unique opportunity with significant growth potential, as this role could eventually evolve into a Branch Manager position or more in the future.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components.
- Consult with customers to assess their electrical needs, provide transparent pricing, and clearly explain proposed solutions for work to be done.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support the Branch Manager in training new technicians.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician
- Wireman License or Journeyman license Required (Apprentice license not sufficient)
- Driver's License
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Familiarity with Service Titan would be helpful but is not required.
Pay
This position will receive a bonus of 1% of the overall revenue in addition to the regular pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
