Vikta Energy is seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals with hands-on experience in solar installations (residential and commercial) and EV charging / supercharger installations.
This role is ideal for electricians who enjoy travel, working on a variety of job sites, and being part of the rapidly expanding renewable energy industry.
Requirements:
- Current Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas (required)
- Experience with commercial solar installations
- Experience with EV charger / supercharger installations
- Ability and willingness to travel 90% of the time
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, jobsite safety, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain solar electrical systems
- Install EV charging stations and related electrical infrastructure
- Read plans, layouts, and electrical drawings
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
- Travel to job sites as needed across Texas and other locations
