Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
Repair:
- Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies.
- Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal disruption to client comfort.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to high-end clients, addressing their unique HVAC needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Educate clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency options.
Installation:
- Install HVAC components in residential and commercial properties according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure all installations comply with national and local building codes and safety regulations.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients for future work.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair and/or relevant trade experience.
- Valid Texas TDLR Air Conditioning Technician Registration and EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Valid Texas Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record
