We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee daily human resource operations and support company growth. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, company policies, and workplace culture. The HR Manager will ensure smooth HR processes while helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Handle employee relations and workplace issues
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Monitor attendance, leave management, and performance reviews
Support training and employee development programs
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
Coordinate with management on HR strategies and planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3 to 5 years of HR experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
