Christ Church C of E Primary School is looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to join our welcoming team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operation of our thriving school while supporting pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.

As a Senior Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the school office. Working closely with the School Business Manager you will manage & deliver digital communications and our after school activity clubs offer as well as the schools educational trips organisation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional front-office support for staff, pupils, parents and visitors
- Manage school communications, newsletters and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate records, databases and reports using school systems
- Support the administration of school trips, clubs and educational visits
- Assist with financial processes, invoicing, budgets and reconciliations
- Help maintain safeguarding procedures and visitor management systems
- Support admissions, attendance monitoring and recruitment administration
- Keep the school website and communication channels current and engaging
- Assist with policy management and compliance requirements

The Person
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A calm and professional approach when managing competing priorities
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with digital communications or marketing would be advantageous
