Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team serving homeowners in Denton and Collin County. In this role, you will meet with customers in their homes, evaluate HVAC system replacement needs, and recommend energy-efficient comfort solutions.This is a
commission-only sales role with uncapped earning potential and company-provided leads. It is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for in-home HVAC consultations
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend replacement options
- Present equipment solutions, pricing, and financing options
- Provide accurate proposals and estimates
- Build trust with customers and close sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer communication
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, or similar)
- Strong closing and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling residential HVAC systems
- Knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning systems
- Experience with CRM or sales software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
