Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Man / Experienced Electrical Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in commercial electrical systems, the ability to read and interpret drawings, and the leadership skills to plan and execute projects efficiently. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the capability to support a crew while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Plan and organize daily tasks and job site activities.
- Install, bend, and run conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid).
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Lead small crews or assist the foreman in managing workflow.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, company standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate material and tool requirements to maintain job efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, conduit installation, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
