HIGHLIGHTS:
- Install 110v circuits for outlets from break panels to equipment location
- Bend and mount conduit
- Install teleco wallboards on facility walls
- Mount stainless steel boxes on exterior walls
- Install grounding buss bars
What You’ll Be Doing:
- This position works as part of a construction and installation crew installing new or upgrading existing equipment and systems such as navigational aids, air traffic communications systems, and weather monitoring equipment.
- The Electrician completes projects on airports and at remote facilities in various environments establishing new or upgrading existing airfield or air traffic control systems such as Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), visual landing aids (PAPI, REIL, etc.), remote communications systems (RCAG, RTR), and radar systems (ASR, ARSR).
- Work will involve electrical systems installation, civil construction tasks, and electrical equipment installation tasks.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Candidate must be a licensed electrician
- Candidate must have extensive experience with above and below ground electrical installations, duct banks, manholes, steel racks, towers and poles, surveying, concrete work, excavation equipment operations, and airfield systems.
- Candidate must be familiar with construction quality and safety best practices.
- Candidate must be able to read, interpret, and implement project drawings, specifications, and client orders and standards.
- Candidate should have experience with the use of electrical and electronics test equipment.
- 100% travel is required throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, and anywhere federally owned and operated air traffic equipment is operated.
- Must pass government background check to qualify.
- Must be able to pass fleet driver motor vehicle history check as well as DOT physical requirements.
- 8 plus years of experience required.
- OSHA 30 training preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
